Welcome to Mini Miss Silver. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the minimissilver.com website and the purchase of any products offered herein. By accessing the website or utilizing our payment gateway to complete a transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 1. General Commercial Terms & Payment Gateway Compliance

i. All product prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise explicitly specified.

ii. By submitting payment details through our authorized payment gateway, you warrant that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method.

iii. Mini Miss Silver reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions flagged by our payment gateway partners.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

i. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or until the item has been "Shipped," whichever is earlier.

ii. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process must be followed.

iii. Mini Miss Silver reserves the right to charge a processing fee for cancellations made after the 24-hour window but prior to shipping.

3. Return and Refund Policy

i. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ii. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

iii. You will also need the receipt, proof of purchase, and the Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).

iv. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

v. Approved returns must be sent to the following address: Shop No 15, First Floor, Heritage Tower, Nehru Nagar, MG ROAD, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, 282002.

vi. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

vii. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

4. Quality Check and Evidentiary Standards

i. Upon receipt of a return, the item will undergo a mandatory Quality Check (QC).

ii. Mini Miss Silver reserves the right to Reject a return or deduct a refurbishment fee from the refund amount if the item shows signs of wear, scratches, or chemical exposure (perfumes, lotions, etc.)

iii. To safeguard against transit-related discrepancies, Mini Miss Silver requires a continuous, unedited unboxing video for all claims regarding defects, damages, or missing items.

iv. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report such issues.

v. In the absence of a valid unboxing video, the company reserves the right to presume delivery was completed in good condition under Section 119 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), 2023, and the burden of proof for the claim shall lie with the customer.

5. Promotional Offers and Conditional Sales

i. Any complimentary product, free item, or promotional merchandise (collectively, the "Promotional Item") provided to a customer as a condition of purchasing a qualifying product or meeting a specific transaction threshold is strictly contingent upon the final, un-refunded completion of that qualifying purchase.

ii. In the event a customer initiates a return for a purchased product that included a Promotional Item, the customer must return both the purchased product and the Promotional Item in their original, unused condition.

iii. If the customer elects to retain the Promotional Item, or if it is not returned in original condition, the standard retail value of the Promotional Item will be deducted from the final refund amount issued to the customer for the returned product.

6. International Transactions

i. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification.

ii. Please note that for international returns, original shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes are non-refundable.

7. Statutory Disclosures, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
