Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or until the item has been "Shipped," whichever is earlier. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process must be followed. Mini Miss Silver reserves the right to charge a processing fee for cancellations made after the 24-hour window but prior to shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, proof of purchase, and the Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. To safeguard against transit-related discrepancies, Mini Miss Silver requires a continuous, unedited unboxing video for all claims regarding defects, damages, or missing items.
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report such issues. In the absence of a valid unboxing video, the company reserves the right to presume delivery was completed in good condition under Section 119 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), 2023, and the burden of proof for the claim shall lie with the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Quality Check, Rejection & Deductions
Upon receipt of a return, the item will undergo a mandatory Quality Check (QC). Mini Miss Silver reserves the right to Reject a return or deduct a refurbishment fee from the refund amount if:
- The item shows signs of wear, scratches, or chemical exposure (perfumes, lotions, etc.).
- The original hallmark tags or Certificate of Authenticity are missing.
- The item is returned in non-original packaging.

Promotional Items and "Gift with Purchase" Return Policy
General Conditions of Promotional Offers
Any complimentary product, free item, or promotional merchandise (collectively, the "Promotional Item") provided to a customer as a condition of purchasing a qualifying product or meeting a specific transaction threshold is strictly contingent upon the final, un-refunded completion of that qualifying purchase.
Returns Involving Single Qualifying Products
In the event a customer initiates a return for a purchased product that included a Promotional Item, the customer must return both the purchased product and the Promotional Item in their original, unused condition. If the customer elects to retain the Promotional Item, or if it is not returned in original condition, the standard retail value of the Promotional Item will be deducted from the final refund amount issued to the customer for the returned product.
Partial Returns and Multi-Item Purchases
In the event a customer purchases multiple items to meet a minimum threshold for a promotional offer and subsequently returns one or more, but not all, of the purchased items (a "Partial Return"), the transaction will be recalculated.
1. Recalculation: The new invoice total, excluding the returned items (the "Adjusted Purchase Value"), will be assessed against the original terms of the promotional offer.
2. Loss of Eligibility: If the Adjusted Purchase Value falls below the required threshold for the Promotional Item, the customer is no longer eligible to retain the Promotional Item for free.
3. Deduction: The customer must either return the Promotional Item with the partial return, or the standard retail value of the Promotional Item will be deducted from the refund issued for the returned items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
